House Fire - 9333 Childacrest Drive

At 14:07, crews from Funkstown were dispatched on the 16 Box (Mt. Aetna) to 9333 Childacrest Dr. for a garage fire attached to the dwelling.  Former Deputy Chief 10 (Fuscsick) was first on scene reporting heavy fire in the garage with possible extension into Division 2 of the house.  E-101 was first to arrive and initiated an aggressive offensive attack with 2 handlines.  Fire was contained with limited extension into the structure.  Crews returned to the station at 16:21.
